Exercise Physiology For NDIS Participants

Exercise Physiology is a valuable tool for improving the health and well-being of individuals living with disabilities. These individuals often face unique challenges when it comes to exercise and physical activity.

At Chronic Gains we are Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) and service providers for NDIS. Our programs are tailored to the individual’s specific disability, condition and fitness level. We identify strategies and adaptations that can make exercise safe and effective.

We work with NDIS Participants living disabilities to develop Exercise Physiology programs that:

  • Improve cardiovascular health
  • Strengthen muscles and bones
  • Help manage or reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity
  • Reduce stress, uplifts mood and improve mental health
  • Promote independence by enabling individuals to perform daily tasks

All of which are critical for building confidence, improving social health, and increasing overall quality of life.
