My mobility was low. Life was miserable, I can now walk again at home. I can stand at the bus stop by myself. It will help you gain your confidence and independence. It’s scary at the beginning but Laura is a professional.

I was suffering from back pain and shoulder mobility for 15 years. I was waking up to pain. After the first session I had more hope. I feel a lot better, it’s help to improve my mental outlook and mood. Things can improve even after 15 years.

Nerida Moar

Everything was heavy and slow. I was depressed. I can now move more freely. My confidence has grown enormously. My life has changed, I’m happy and doing things that I never that I would do.

Muhammad Noureddine

Life was kind of like a struggle. I was struggling to walk and my left arm and neck were very stiff. I couldn’t use my left arm. Now I can use both my hands. I can walk straight, balance, lift heavier weights. I feel like myself again.

  • I had some basic physio exercises to do, then met An from Chronic Gains who added a few more that really made a difference. A very positive person he is. I feel stronger u0026amp; more stable with a few new moves to help my body pains. You can feel hopeless, lost and depressed in pain, but to get some experienced guidance; a path to move forward on can make all the difference. Thank you.

  • Laura was excellent, from my first phone call she took the time to understand my goals, assess my strengths and limitations, and tailor a program that was both effective and sustainable. I have a structured program that is easy to stick to and motivates me at the same time. I saw results in my mobility within a few weeks. I highly recommend Laura as she will take the time to understand your needs before jumping into an exercise program.

  • Fast tracked recovery and improved performance. Injured my hip; groin, Doctors said to wait it out for 7+ weeks and prescribed pain meds however meds only help mask the pain. These guys did an in-depth assessment and developed a personalised rehab program. Saw major improvements in range of motion on the first visitation. Went from struggling to get out of bed and returning to combat sports in 4 weeks. They’ve helped identify what exercises I’ll need to incorporate to improve both my performance and prevent future injuries. Now feeling stronger than i was prior to injury. Thanks for the help!

  • Laura assisted me with a few problem areas left over from the military doing its best to break me. The work I have done with Laura has markedly improved my strength and well being in many areas from my core to my wobbly ankles. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and has given me advise on the best and correct ways to continue with my exercise regime moving forward. I would highly recommend Laura based on as mentioned her knowledge and experience alone and her good humour and patience.

  • I came to see An and Laura under workers compensation for my shoulder injury and when I first started I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of cracks in the shoulder. After doing strengthening and exercises for my shoulder my pain is gone and the cracks are gone (like WD40). I saw major improvements from here, especially after doing physiotherapy which was good but I didn’t need to do it for so long.

  • An has been amazing in helping me recover from a volleyball injury and get back on the court. An designed a personalised program to strengthen my ankles and improve my overall fitness. The sessions were effective and helped me reach my goals quickly. I highly recommend Chronic Gains for anyone looking for an experienced and supportive exercise physiologist.
